I think I actually found a lead on this. A book called Jim Morrison: Life, Death, Legend references this when talking about "The End". The specific passage I think is from a New York show? It goes like this, "They finished with a spine-tingling version of "The End" that began with Ray tinkling bells and Jim shouting, "Bring out your dead," in a whiskey soaked voice, like a corpse collector working the Black Death. By now the song's tale of a spiritual journey that ends in a patricide and incest could be taken as a joke. When the killer awoke before dawn, the kids upfront squealed, "He put his boots on!" It was hard to play of this, so Jim used his ironical voice until he came to a door. Robby played his Andalusian goat song. "Hey you old fool--I wanna kill you....Woman? I wanna....FUCK YOU, MAMA ALL NIGHT LONG." The band paused in a tone-drop, then exploded into white noise behind Jim's gruesome howls and a writhing drop to the stage seemingly in terrible agony."

It's a great show, and part of the Live in New York official release. You can also stream it on Spotify, if you can't afford the box set.

I know I heard it on there before, and The Doors are very fair and free and don't ever seem to mind about copyright. Then again, I remember Jim saying he didn't care if others made money on selling bootlegged stuff, but did say it would be nice if they got the lyrics correct.

For all The Doors fans interested in things NOT in YouTube, there are a ton of concerts that you can download from bit torrents. You need to download a program like BitComet first, though. I think I might have pasted the list on here somewhere. I'll look for it tomorrow. I remember really liking the Cleveland show, which was supposed to be "rowdy", despite its bad sound quality.
But it might be on YouTube now.. Someone just uploaded the 1966 London Fog show, which is the earliest live show of The Doors on Youtube.
